Where Friends Grow is a welcoming social club run by No Plant Left Behind, a not-for-profit connecting people with nature - and each other. 🍀 Amy set it up after moving back to her childhood city and wanting to meet people in their 20s and 30s who had lots of different interests, not just one. From the creator of The Social Thirties, The Social Run Club is a female-only run club for women in their twenties, thirties and forties who want to move their bodies and meet new people - without pressure, pace obsession, or cliques. These are relaxed, welcoming social runs designed for all abilities. Whether you’re a complete beginner, returning to running, or already enjoy a steady jog, you’ll be supported every step of the way by our qualified run coach and a group of women who are all there for the same reason. Expect friendly chats, encouragement, laughter, and that post-run feeling of “I’m so glad I came.” There’s no racing, no judgement - just showing up, moving together, and building genuine connections.
