How do I access my ticket in the app?

Open the CLIQ app, go to your events, and select the event you booked. Your ticket details will appear there.

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

Refund availability depends on the event organiser and the terms shown when you booked your ticket.

Why can I only resell my ticket once the event has sold out?

Resale opens after sell-out so organisers can manage capacity and give waitlisted members a fair chance to attend.

Why do I need a profile photo?

Profile photos help communities feel safer and make it easier for organisers and members to recognise each other.

How can I cancel my subscription?

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancellation is self-service in your Apple or Google Play subscriptions. If you subscribed another way, contact CLIQ support.

Why can’t I message multiple users directly?

CLIQ is designed around community spaces and event chats, helping keep conversations relevant and comfortable.

Why do some events have gender or age restrictions?

Some organisers set restrictions to create a specific community experience or meet venue and safeguarding requirements.

How do organisers refund attendees?

Event and club owners should manage attendee refund requests through their organiser tools where available. If a refund is not available in your dashboard, contact CLIQ support with the event name, attendee details, and booking reference.
