Connected You is more than just a community; it’s a movement for belonging. What began as a women-only space has evolved into an inclusive, welcoming home for people from all walks of life. Here, you are seen, heard, and supported. We don’t do surface-level connections. Our workshops, circles, and events create spaces for meaningful conversations, genuine friendships, and personal growth. Guided by compassion, acceptance, and the belief that we are stronger together, we provide a sanctuary where you can show up as you are. Founded by Essi Auguste Virtanen, a journalist-turned-coach, Connected You is built on the power of storytelling and connection to heal, unite, and transform lives. We believe that we can combat loneliness and depression by creating spaces for meaningful, vulnerable connecting where we co-create healing with shared stories, wisdom and partaking in connecting activities and rituals as a community. What We Stand For We are a community of realness, courage, and connection—a space where stories and shared experiences inspire, heal, and create a sense of belonging. 💛 Connect with Yourself through self-inquiry, coaching, movement, and personal development.
💛 Connect with Others through small-group events, deep conversations, and shared experiences.
💛 Connect with the Wider World and Something Higher through nature connection, mindfulness, spirituality, and a sense of collective responsibility. Our Mission To actively combat loneliness, depression, and suicide through safe, heart-led, inclusive spaces. To make community support and connection accessible to all—no one should be denied community due to financial constraints.
