Empower LATAM UK community events are part of our broader fundraising strategy, helping ensure the long-term sustainability of the charity. Free Gel nails available, just pay what you can (all proceeds go towards the continuation of self care Sundays). In addition to the nails, we will provide monthly activities based on mindfulness and self-love - for example, learning to crochet, tie-dye, and letter writing. Anyone is welcome who would benefit from a welcoming, safe space to be yourself and take what you need. A place to just be. We aim to build a community of self-carers by bringing books to swap, offering any pampering activity you enjoy, and cake! Come and donate any of your skills if you'd like! The first 30 minutes are a quieter time for those who would like to have their nail appointments without the chit chat!
