I am going to run community yoga classes on Saturday or Sunday mornings in Hackney followed by coffee / brunch / a catch up. My style of yoga is very intuitive and empowering, focussing on regulating your nervous system to feel your best 🤸♀️ ANYBODY is welcome - whether you are super experienced or never set foot on a yoga mat. This is an inclusive and safe space.
My aim is to create a community vibe that you can’t find in yoga studios. A safe space for women to practice, share and make friends. After class let’s continue by going for coffee together and building friendships!
Exact details will be shared once I have an idea of numbers but my current thinking is this will be a weekly event on Saturday or Sunday late mornings. Please come join! 💖
