✨Is this your triathlon era? Era is a Ealing's social triathlon community for women. We welcome all levels and aim to support you with your goals! What's on? 🏃🏽‍♀️social 3km run When? Monday's Where? Walpole park 🕕 6pm for a 6.15pm start Who? Anyone who can run 6 to 7 min/km (5km at pace 5 to 6 min/km coming soon... same time, same place) 🚴🏼‍♂️ Bike rides When? Every other Sunday What time? 9.30am Where? Gunnersbury Park Sports Hub Who? Once a month beginners group ride (20km at 10km/h+) and once a month advanced group ride (22km/h+) *all members are entirely responsible for their own safety 🐬Social swimming coming soon!! 🍻 Socials - the final Thursday of every month!
