Breathe, Run, Connect is a free community wellness run club hosted by Optimum Retreats founders, Mike & Brit designed to help you reset, move, and connect. Each session begins with a guided 10–15 minute breathwork practice to regulate the nervous system and energise the body, followed by an easy-paced 5K social run/jog suitable for all levels. We finish with a short cool down and optional coffee + connection afterwards. A community for anyone who loves to dance - whether you’re a professional, a hobby dancer, just starting out, or someone who dances around the house and in the shower! 🕺💃 Most importantly this is a space to meet people, network and feel less alone as a dancer in London. Expect socials, dance games, creative activities, workshops, events and opportunities to dance together. We’ll have dance classes for all levels - from beginner-friendly sessions to classes for experienced dancers who want to train, explore and challenge themselves. Different dance styles are welcome, and there’s no expectation to be a professional. Because dance is a language - one we can all speak and connect through, in so many different ways. 🤍 Come move, meet, connect & have fun. 🪩
