Park Workouts by The Haya Method

Hi everyone, We are Amielle and Esraa and we are the founders of The Haya Method, a type of movement that combines pilates inspired movement with strength training. You can find all of our workouts on youtube for free but we wanted to also host outdoor in person workouts as the weather gets better. As we will have limited access to props at the Park you can expect a workout that will mainly be body weighted exercise and slightly less focused on lifting heavy.
