✨A new era for women Era is a women's only run and triathlon club for all levels and the aim is HAVING FUN! What's on? 🏃🏽‍♀️social 3km run When? Monday's Where? Walpole park 🕕 6pm for a 6.15pm start Who? Anyone who can run 6min/km (Please contact me if you would like to lead a 7min/km group too! Same time, same place) 🚴🏼‍♂️ Bike rides When? Sunday's Where? 9.30am Who? a beginners group ride (20km at 10km/h+) and speedy group ride (22km/h+) 🐬Social swimming coming soon!! 🍻 Socials - the first Thursday of every month!
