A female-founded wellness collective based in London, which aims to provide a space for like-minded individuals to prioritise themselves through fulfilling social experiences, physical fitness, and engaging opportunities to delve deeper into the wellness industry. Through a series of pop-up events, focused on different areas of the health and wellness industry, we strive to empower our community members to lead healthier, happier and more connected lives. From invigorating fitness sessions hosted in collaboration with renowned gyms, to insightful workshops led by experts in nutrition and mindfulness, our pop-ups aim to provide a holistic exploration of well-being.
