The girls book club Pilates Social

hello to the girls book club, we are doing a pilates social just for you! We are hosting a girls only 45 minute Mat pilates session based at Cardiff Yoga studio in Roath and of course you're invited! Think stretch, strength and lots of laughter💃 We only have 12 spaces and your session is run by Orlagh a qualified physiotherapist and pilates instructor so early booking recommended!
