Hangover Free Hike: Nicky Nook & Grize Dale

**DATE UPDATE** A beautiful spring walk in the Forest of Bowland, taking in the open views from Nicky Nook and the peaceful woodland of Grize Dale. We’ll start in Scorton (full details to follow) and head up onto the fell before dropping down into the trees and following the valley back around. It’s a scenic circular route of around 2 hours, with one steady climb and a steeper descent, but nothing rushed and plenty of time to take it all in. The views are worth the effort, especially on a clear day. We’ll walk at a relaxed, social pace with time to chat and enjoy being outside. It’s an easy one to get to by car or bus, and we’ll share exact meeting info nearer the time. Perfect if you’re sober curious, cutting back, alcohol free, or just fancy a wholesome walk with good people 🌿
