It'll busy with Marathon crowds, so we'll find a spot, set up camp & we can cheer for as long as we like! There are nearby supermarkets for food & drink. We welcome everyone from those who have yet to lace up a pair of running shoes to seasoned pro’s. Average pace adapts to group needs but tends toward 6’80”km. We join at the Studio for 10.30am for a warm-up session. Then, we run 5km around East London’s iconic parks. We arrive back at the studio for 11.30am for some social time (and beverages if you so desire!) to get chatting with like-minded people, before finally taking part in an optional Pilates-led stretch session for runners.
