I’m opening up my home to share a taste of Peranakan cuisine. It is one of Malaysia’s most unique and treasured food traditions. The cuisine is a beautiful mix of Chinese, Malay, and Indonesian influences, full of rich flavours and comforting dishes that I grew up with. Peranakan food is a rare find in London, so this supper club is a little window into a culture that’s close to my heart. We’ll gather around the table, share food family-style, and get to know each other, just like how we do it back home, where everyone’s welcome and there’s always room for one more at the table ❤️

Shoot Conscious Club is a Flinta photography club for people who want to slow down, make photographs and see the world a little differently. Each month we'll come together through guided photo walks, creative briefs and community gatherings designed to help us see differently. From portrait picnics in the park and collaborations with local organisations to artist talks and knowledge-sharing sessions, every event is an opportunity to create, connect and grow together. Rather than chasing the perfect image, we're interested in observation, curiosity and storytelling. Whether you shoot on film, digital or your phone, you're welcome here. No experience is necessary - Just an openness to look closely and photograph intentionally. After each walk, we'll gather to share our favourite images, reflect on the experience and learn from one another in a relaxed, supportive environment. Photography can often feel solitary. Shoot Conscious exists to build a creative community where people can practise, experiment and grow together.
