For anyone who is interested in practicing yoga in a community setting, this is for you!
Whether you're new to the practice or a seasoned yogi, the North London Yoga Club is designed to bring together all those with a passion for yoga and incorporate the beauty of community.
You'll be led my myself, Dr Nneka, a seasoned yoga teacher, who enjoys the energy of dynamic practices but also relishes in the calm of Yin practices. I've trained with the top yoga schools in the styles of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Rocket and Yin and I teach in some of the top studios in London. I also continue to deepen my own practice with my beloved teachers and aim to pass on some of the incredible teachings I've received over the years.
I'll be hosting fortnightly yoga sessions, where we'll get to explore different aspects and styles of the modern practice in a more intimate way than you might have in a group/studio class. As this community is designed for you, you get to have a say in what you'd like to learn. Without the added pressure of a class running immediately after, we'll get to connect, make new friends, go for coffee and take our connections from the mat to our life outside.
This is a non-judgemental community, where everyone is welcome!
