I am a Personal Trainer level qualified and worked the last 5years with weight losses/ postpartum mums/ pregnant etc. Building strong bodies&confident minds is what I aim for! I am a mum of 2 and I know very well what’s the feeling of wanted to lose weight and can’t have time to our self! That’s for join my Club let’s all bring our little ones together training outside in the park mats will be ready and baby friendly swings it going to be there waiting for your babies so they can distract themselves while do our 45 minutes workout under the sun breathing fresh air!
