And finding a dedicated space to hear and discuss genuinely interesting ideas — over a drink, with good company — is harder than it should be too. So I decided to do something about it. The Ideas Open Mic is London’s think and drink night — a recurring evening of handpicked talks in bars where brilliant people share the ideas that excite them most. Think TED talk meets pub night. Storytellers, academics, entrepreneurs and curious minds take to the stage for 15-20 minutes each. Every speaker is reviewed and selected based on quality, variety and fit — so the evening is always worth your time.
