The Girls Table

Making new friends as you get older can be hard. People get busy, friendship groups change, and sometimes you want to meet new people but don't know where to start. That’s where The Girls Table comes in. We’re creating a community that gives you a reason to get out, meet new people and actually build friendships — without having to awkwardly do it alone. Every month, members can expect a free coffee morning and Girls’ Night Out, alongside at least two additional events. These could be active meet-ups, Mingle & Make Mates socials, creative events, wellness activities and more. You can also join Lauren every month for Girls Who Don’t Run Club — our relaxed monthly walk for a catch-up, a good chat and a chance to meet more girls from the community. Members will also get access to local perks, from discounts at Pilates and wellness spots to offers at local businesses, occasional freebies and exclusive event discounts.
