We are a community for women of colour (and allies) who want to reconnect with themselves and build meaningful connections with others. Founded by Self-Devotion Coach Virali, our mission is to bring women together through coaching, yoga, mindfulness, creativity, and community. We believe that healing happens not only within ourselves but also through the relationships we build and the spaces we share. Through Svastha Social, we host creative workshops and community experiences that celebrate the incredible talent within our community, creating opportunities to learn something new, meet like-minded women, and support one another’s dreams. Alongside our events, you’ll find The Real You™ Coaching Programme, as well as upcoming yoga and mindfulness classes designed to help you reconnect with your authentic self through embodied practices and self-devotion. The In-Person Series Our gatherings are designed for women to step away from the digital noise and into a calm, soulful environment. These sessions focus on the deep body-mind connection through the lens of our inner seasons.
