Soul Seekers is the human solution to a world losing connection. We believe you must first reconnect to yourself before you can truly connect with anyone else. We host community gatherings in beautiful spaces across London (and global retreats!), designed around two core pillars: 1. Connect to Yourself: Ground your mind and body through somatic practices like breathwork, yoga, and meditation. 2. Connect to Your Community: Bond over fun, curated social formats - from wellbeing mixers and sunset brunches to high-presence sauna sessions. While we love experimenting with different event formats, these two principles remain at the heart of everything we do. We are building an authentic community of people ready to strip away the noise, live life to the fullest, and step into their true purpose
