Oubaitori Yoga Club 🌸

Oubaitori is a Japanese idiom meaning everyone blooms in their own time and in their own way. Just like cherry, plum, peach and apricot trees, which all blossom in different seasons. Join me for yoga that meets you exactly where you are right now. No pressure, no comparison, just space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. Yoga & Yap | Slow, restorative yoga to help you unwind from the fast-paced, grind of everyday life. Afterwards we put the kettle on for a cuppa and a proper catch up. Reflect & Reset | Slow, restorative yoga followed by guided journaling. Look back on the month just gone, reset your goals for the one ahead, and share the ups and downs with a community that gets it. Both sessions run for 1 hour 30 minutes: around 45 minutes of yoga, then 45 minutes of tea, talk and journaling.
