Whether you’re a total beginner, seasoned runner or someone who loves a good chat and making new friends - we’re all about good vibes, empowerment, friendships, movement and exploring new places! There’s absolutely no pressure on pace and no competition - we all run/walk at whatever pace we want to and there’s always an ambassador who stays at the back of the group 🏃🏼‍♀️ Come and join us for the social run, meet new likeminded friends and let’s get out there!✨
