Our mental health is so important, and breathwork is a great tool to unwind, pause and reflect. Don’t worry if you have never done breathwork: it’s beginner friendly. All you need is a beach towel. THE 45 MIN SESSION: We start with a short intro on what to expect, followed by a grounding bodyscan and our breathwork flow which consists of various breathwork techniques. After the session we grab a coffee together! Many people come to the breathwork by themselves but leave with a new friend :) *Since this is a free session, please cancel if you can’t attend so someone else can take your spot.* See you Sunday 8am 😮💨🙏🏻💖

My best friend and I started Matcha Social Club because we both love matcha and meeting new people! We organise fun events, meetups and different experiences around Sydney, bringing matcha lovers together to connect, make friends and have a good time! Come solo or bring your bestie, we’d love to meet you! 💚

A weekly coworking group for women who are building, switching or needing a little break. The idea is simple - meet at a local café, grab a coffee, have a chat, then actually get some work done. Bring whatever you’ve been putting off. It could be your business, emails, admin, leads to call, a project you’re working on and work alongside other women doing the same. Nothing formal or network-y. Just good company, some regular accountability and a change of scenery. Come along! ☕️💻

Join us on our beach cleans around Eora We chat, clean up, contribute to citizen science via data collection and then usually do a creative workshop making our finds into fun bag charms. Will also grab a coffee and some food and maybe a swim! Come and go as you need and bring anyone who you think would love to show the coastline some love!
